THIS WILL REQUIRE THAT A LANDSCAPE INSPECTION BE PERFORMED TO ENSURE THAT STABALIZATION HAS BEEN MET. ASK JOE LINVILLE OR ANDREW CONNOR FROM THE ZONING DEPARTMENT TO CONTACT ME AT 349-7643 AND ADVISE ME OF THEIR FINDINGS. 4) TWO SURVEY MONUMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED ON PANTANO ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF OLD OAK COURT AND NEW LEAF PLACE.
01/18/2007 COT - ENGR - Site - Assurance Release DROBERTS Partial Approval Entered by DROBERT2 - THE SITE WAS CHECKED FOR THE FINAL RELEASE OF THE ASSURANCES AND THE FOLOWING ITEMS WERE FOUND TO BE INCOMPLETE. 1) APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET OF SIDEWALK IN THE CUL-DE-SAC ADJACENT TO LOTS #12 AND #13. 2) SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS FOR LOTS #16 TO #19. 3) BASIN CERTIFICATION LETTER FOR COMMON AREA "A". 4) VERIFICATION STATEMENT THAT THE OUTLET STRUCTURE OF THE DETENTION/RETENTION BASIN HAS BEEN COMPLETED PER THE APPROVE PLANS, INCLUDING THE TOE DOWN WALLS. 5) PROVIDE THE ROCK RIPRAP FOR THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE BASIN INLET STRUCTURE AS IT HAS BEEN SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS. THE FIELD MEASUREMENTS SHOW THAT THIS SECTION OF AREA HAS A SLOPE VALUE LESSS THAN 3:1, THIS AREA REQUIRES SLOPE PROTECTION.
