THERE HAS BEEN EROSION NOTED ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE BASINS IN BOTH OPEN AREAS AS WELL AS ADJACENT TO THE REAR WALL OPENINGS, CORRECT ALL REMAINING DRAINAGE ISSUES. THE CONTINUAL EROSION HAPPENING DURING RAINS IN THESE AREAS CONTRIBUTES TO THE SEDIMENT ON THE BASIN BOTTOMS, WHICH RESTRICTS THE PERCOLATION RATES. 2) PROVIDE A COMPLETION BOND FOR ALL REMAINING LOTS AND ASSURABLE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED AT THIS TIME. AS WELL AS AN ITEMIZED LIST OF ALL ITEMS FIGURED WITHIN THE BOND CALCULATION FIGURES. IF THE LOTS ARE BEING TURNED OVER TO ANOTHER DEVELOPER A SUBSTITUTE ASSURANCE MAY BE NEEDED FROM THAT DEVELOPER.
