11/08/2017 ASSURANCE - DSD Continued MET WITH ELIZABETH LEIBOLD FROM TRANSPORTATION, AND THE OWNER, AND HIS REPRESENTATIVES TO DISCUSS WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THIS SITE TO PERFORM A FULL RELE3ASE OF THE ASSURANCES. TRANSPORTATION HAS PROVIDED THE NEW OWNER WITH A LIST OF ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO ANY CONSIDERATION OF A FULL RELEASE.
I HAVE ADVISED ALL THAT WE WILL NEED APPROVED REVISED DRAWINGS FOR ALL THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE SITE. WE WILL ALSO NEED A CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD STATING THAT IT HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED SET OF DRAWINS, WE WILL NEE THE N.O.T. FROM ADEQ STATING THAT THE SITE HAS BEEN CLOSED OUT OR THAT THE REMAINING SITE WORK WILL BE ADDRESSED UNDER A DIFFERENT PERMIT FOR THIS SAME PROJECT. CURRENTLY WE NEED A NEW ASSIGNED NUMBER FOR THE N.O.I. SO THAT WORK CAN CONTINUE ON THIS SITE. ELIZABETH WILL BE CHECKING WITH FRED TO SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE HE WILL AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OFF OF THE FULL ASSURANCES. CURRENTLY I HAVE ADVISED THE OWNER THAT ALL THE WORK FOR THE ASSURANCES WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE I CAN SIGN OFF THE ASSURANCES. PART OF THE ON GOING ISSUES IS THAT THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS LIVING WITHIN THE SITE BOUNDARIES HAVE BLOCKED PART OF THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY CONSTRUCTING WITHIN THE 4 FOO PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT. ALL OF THIS PRIVATE MATERIAL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY AREA WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS AWAY.
09/20/2010 ASSURANCE - DSD Correction Required TALKED TO PAUL NZOMO ABOUT THIS SITE TODAY, THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON AQUIRING THE SUBSTITUTE ASSURANCE FROM THE BANK FOR THE INITIAL RELEASE OF LOTS FOR THIS SITE. NO LOTS WILL BE RELEASED FROM THIS SITE UNTIL THE SUBSTITUTE ASSURANCES HAVE BEEN APPROVED AND RECORDED. ASKED THAT HE VERIFY WITH PCDEQ WHETHER OR NOT THEY WILL BE RECEIVING A LETTER OR NOTIFICATION THAT THE SITE WILL NOT BE TIED TO ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SEWAGE SYSTEMS.
04/30/2009 ASSURANCE - DSD Partial Approval I DROVE THROUGH THE SITE TO SEE IF THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETE ENOUGH FOR THE INITIAL RELEASE OF THE LOTS. THIS SITE WILL NOT HAVE A LETTER FROM PIMA COUNTY WASTE WATER DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL LOTS WILL HAVE SEPTIC SYSTEMS. ALL OTHER UTILITIES, CURBS, AND ROADWAYS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AT THIS TIME. I SPOKE TO RICHARD LEIGH WITH THE C.O.T. TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT AND ASKED HIM ABOUT THE P.I.A. WORK THAT IS STILL OUTSTANDING FOR THIS SITE (SILVERBELL DECELERATION LANES AND TURN POCKETS). HE IS AWARE THAT THERE IS STILL WORK THAT IS NEEDED ON SILVERBELL AND PORTIONS OF THIS WORK MAY AFFECT NEW BUYERS FOR THIS AREA. THEY WILL TRY TO ENSURE THAT THE DEVELOPER PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE STREET ENTRANCES AT ALL TIMES.
