THE WORK THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE INITIAL RELEASES OF THE LOTS HAS BEEN COMPLETED AT THIS TIME. A FUTURE INSPECTION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS SITE ONCE THE PERCENTAGE OF LOTS RELEASED REACHES 75%. A PUNCHLIST WILL BE PREPARED ON THE NEXT INSPECTION REQUEST ONCE ADDITIONAL WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED ON THIS SITE.
