Please consider this letter the punch list of items to be addressed/ rectified prior to the acceptance of improvements in the public rights-of-way by the City of Tucson for maintenance and operation. Future inspections will require a Letter of Certification that all punch list items have been resolved by the Engineer of Record. In addition to the following items, Traffic Engineering may have additional punch list items pertaining to traffic signage and striping. 1. Please insure that the Right-of-way Excavation Permit is current prior working on any punch list items. If the permit is expired, a new permit for the P.I.A is required prior to any remedial work or re-inspection of the subject project. 2. Landings for the curb access ramps located at the northeast and southwest corner of Hemisphere Place and Sun View and the northwest corner of Sunrise Valley Drive and Sun View Way exceed the maximum allowable cross slope. 3. Survey monuments that were replaced have not been punched or stamped. 4. Steel scupper on Transcon Way between Lots 110 and 111 is to be painted. |
