Please consider this letter the punch list of items that need to be addressed prior to the acceptance by the City of Tucson for maintenance and operation. Future inspections will require a Letter of Certification from the Engineering of Record detailing how each punch list item was addressed/ resolved. In addition to the following items, Traffic Engineering may have comments on signage and pavement markings please contact Traffic Engineering for any further information. 1. Please resubmit the Original, Mylar plan set after making the following revision. 2. "As -Build" the deletion of the curb access ramps on the east end of Josten Way. Your Original Mylars will be at the front desk to be picked up at your convenience. Please do not remove the "Not accepted for maintenance" blurb found at the bottom of the Mylars. This will be removed, by City staff, upon acceptance of this PIA project. |
