The Water Harvesting areas have not been constructed per the Approved plans. I have asked the Contractor to contact his landscapers and make the necessary changes to the grades that can be made to areas that have been constructed per the Approved plans. In other areas where the Landscape Islands have been changed or modified he will need to contact the Engineer of Record an let himself come up with a viable solution. I have also asked the contractor to provide us with the anticipated Water Harvesting quantities for all of the basins once they have made all modifications so that we can verify that they have met the site requirements. |
