This has not been constructed at this time and the property owner is telling me they do not want to construct it. I have advised them to have their drawings revised and submitted to the city of Tucson for approval, removing the structure if that is possible. If zoning and engineering will not approve it that way with the removal of the trash and closure, then the trash enclosure must be built as shown on the approved plans so that the site can be closed and all inspections are final. if there are any questions, please feel free to contact me David Roberts at 520-349-7643 to discuss the issues at hand. I have been advised by the Zoning and Engineering review sections that the Verbal Letter for use of the northern properties Trash Enclosure is not acceptable for this site. | |
