07/12/2024 For trash and recycling enclosures Not Ready I looked at the Trash Enclosure for the contractor They are not ready at this time, they are constructing the walls up to 6 foot high before the grout. I have explained to the contractor what is expected when we come back to look at the wall after they have grouted. They will be providing openings in the wall for every cell that has rebar in it for the witness holes for us to verify that the grout has been placed correctly. I have also advised him of the proper locations for the bollards to be installed at a later date, which will require that they chipped up part of the footer, since I have not provided blackouts during their original footer pour.

I met with a supervisor from TOEFL debt and advise them of my conversations with the contractor. I reminded him to make sure that the inside of the trash enclosure is free and clear for 10’ x 10’ then all the bollards are incorrect location and they’re at the gates. We have enough room to allow for a 12 foot of free and clear space for the trash trucks.
