RESOLUTION: THE PLANTS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS SITE IS CALLED OUT TO BE DONE ON THIS PERMIT ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED INTO ISSUED STATUS. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ME THAT THERE WILL BE A REASON FOR MITIGATION IN REGARDS TO THE PLANT REMOVAL, BUT A VIOLATION NOTICE SHOULD BE ISSUED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT SECTION FOR WORK WITHOUT PERMITS. VERBAL ADMONISHMENT WAS GIVEN TO PEDRO GASTELUM FROM CAYLOR CONSTRUCTION FOR THE FOLLOWING 1) THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL REMOVALS OF ANY PLANTS UNTIL THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN PLACED INTO ISSUED STATUS. THE PLANTS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED PREMATURELY WILL BE ADDRESSED WITH A NOTICE OF VIOLATION BY THE CODE ENFOREMENT SECTION. THIS VIOLATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN PLACED IN ISSUED STATUS AND THE CODE ENFORCEMENT SECTION HAS CLOSED THEIR VIOLATION CASE.
