There is no work ready at this time but they will be looking at getting a temporary certificate of occupancy for the site within the next two weeks. We have walked the site and looked at all pedestrian access areas and have direct them to make minor modifications in some areas to ensure that ADA compliance is met. They will get the necessary work done that is required for them to open the store and will call in for a reinspection within the next two weeks so that it can be performed and they can get their certificate of occupancy |
