Also base is too low to work correctly with drainage channel. 2) water harvesting on the south side of the building, once dry all equipment, dumpsters, port-a-Jon’s need to be moved as well as the office and all Conex boxes and materials and trash. 3) basin on the south side of building is not graded correctly, water should not be holding at the east end. This basin might need to be looked at for water to be able to perk correctly. water should not be holding after the 12 hr mark. 4) west basin needs to be completed but no water is holding. 5) need to check grade hgt. on plans to ensure that water from drive and Big 5 parking lot is not intended to be draining into the site basins. |
