12/29/25 - Unable to reach contractor in person or on the phone. Site visit to assess state of progress. Current status: asphalt pavement throughout site is complete without inspection, driveway slopes don't match plans, curb cuts missing on west side of parking area, will cause standing water, below-grade storm drain pipes have been installed with no record of inspection, landscape planting has not started yet. Inspections needed: sidewalk/flatwork, paving, water harvesting, drainpipe/stormwater, grading. Current issues: bldg. 15 sidewalk is over 15% running slope, 2 curb cuts are missing in the parking area, storm drain pipe in center of development daylights into WHIA on both ends; slope unknown, asphalt used in place of stamped concrete. |
