Contractor informed me that Martin Hernandez has approved the footer for this project and it appears to be within plan specifications. They are asking to be able to start building the block walls and will be doing that later on today. I have them given them the approval for starting on the walls. As long as they do not go above 4 feet. At 4 feet high on the wall they will need to grout all of the sales or provide knockout openings in each block that contains rebar and show me the photos that those have been done. The contractor contacted me and said that they had completed the wall of divorce foot and it is now 4 PM in the afternoon. They will try to go out either tomorrow or sometime the first part of next week depending on how the weather holds up. |
