Was called to the site to look at a new trash enclosure to determine if they were ready and able to pour the footer for it to be Trash Enclosure, it is not. The trash and closure was recently submitted to be reviewed since it was not included on the original set of plans. It appears that this trash enclosure, and may not work, because it appears to be too small, and the angles, for the approach appear to be too sharp, too narrow. I have advised the contractor and the developer to resubmit additional plans or contact Stephen Blood with Engineering to ensure that what they’re submitting is approvable. |
