07/10/2025 Partial Pass 42" drain pipe on the east side of the west building, from previous fill to south end of building, is installed correctly and is okay to backfill. Manholes are not in place for the intersections yet.
07/15/2025 Passed All pipe inspected on 07/14/25, backfill can be completed up to structures which need to be seen grouted.
07/22/2025 Partial Pass Backfill all drainage pipe looked at on the 22 of July
08/07/2025 Partial Pass 08/07/25, Compaction is meeting and exceeding the geo report on drive lines and parking at 97s +, called for according to the geo is 95%
08/13/2025 Not Ready 08/13/25, HTPE Pipe being used as an equalizer between the 2 north basins needs to be level. Found was a pitch coming from east to middle and then a pitch coming from west to middle creating a belly in the middle of the run.

Also on the southeast basin, please have the engineer on record ensure the 12" pipe installed to drain the basin will be large enough to handle the 4 pipes coming into the basin.

This inspection will be listed as not ready until the time we have the information from the engineer.
08/18/2025 Partial Pass Storm drain on the south end middle basin has been cleared by the engineer to be a large enough pipe for drainage.

Equalizer pipe on the north end still not right.
09/19/2025 Passed Box Culvert (2x8) on Southside: Culvert is installed per plans, slope is accurate, joints are sealed, top is installed; okay to backfill. Compact per manufacturer specifications.
