Contractor was intending to pave Parking lot east if East building starting from fire hydrant in 2nd bullnose at south end up to the north end and and also the parking area north of the building... AB compaction is insufficient in these areas. They also wanted approval to the south of the East building but this was not ready, AB was loose. 3rd Party agreed that this was not worth testing.
10/18/2025 ENGR Paving Partial Pass Compaction testing by Terracon passed. ok for AC paving on 10/20/25
11/13/2025 ENGR Paving Partial Pass Terracon compaction testing passes, okay to pave SE remainder of lot.
11/26/2025 ENGR Paving Not Ready Contractor unable to meet onsite. Says they will reschedule.
12/18/2025 ENGR Paving Passed Paving is complete in accordance with approved Development Package.
