| 04/04/2023 | ENGR Engineering Final | Partial Pass | this site is not compliant in regards to some of the sidewalks and landings located throughout the site. 1) The pedestrian drop off located on the north side of the building appears to be compliant for slope and grade through the Landing area and through the first three panels of sidewalk east of the offloading zone. The following four panels and the landing at the top of this ramp or noncompliant for cross slope all excited 2%maximum. The Chrysler in these areas appear to fluctuate from 2.3% to as much as 4.6%. 2) The ADA parking and access aisle located on the east side of the building appears to be compliant for slope and grade the landing of the sidewalk adjacent to this area is non-complaint for slope and grade and will need to be removed and report the sidewalk along the east side of the building at the southeast corner is noncompliant for slope and grade through 50% of the sidewalk from the irrigation meter south towards the corner. 3) The sidewalk along the south side of the building, located at the south west corner of this site is noncompliant in various locations. The landing at the bottom of the ramp is noncompliant for slope and grade exceeding 2%. The landing at the top of the ramp is noncompliant for slope and grade, and exceeds 2% The ramp itself is noncompliant because exceeds 5% running slope, and requires a handrail be constructed on both sides of the ramp from the top to the bottom. |
