General clean up is needed for sidewalk from West parking lot to the Santa Cruz pavement walkway.

Bollards on West side of parking lot need missing caps and (2) need to be reset in concrete they are not secure and are leaning.

Tree stakes need to be completed and dead trees need to be replaced.

SE parking lot drainage areas will need to be dug down to a depth of 9” below curb cut inlet and landscaping adjusted to achieve storm water containment from parking lot runoff.
