06/09/2026 Consultation SITE Partial Pass Okay to pour slab after expansion is installed. Call in for grouting.
06/12/2026 Consultation SITE Passed 6/12/26 - Site visit to observe refuse enclosure wall grout in single lift. Reinforcement is correct. Grout is a good consistency to flow and cells are being vibrated.
07/31/2025 Consultation SITE Not Ready We need to figure out where to start and end.
1) sidewalks are being replaced
2) landscaping needs to be finished.
3) stairs and rails need to be painted.
4) ADA signs need to be installed
5) carport needs to be completed
6) all fencing and construction materials and Conex boxes will need to be removed.
