no landscaping. ADA parking per plan, but not to code, two feet short in length, no signage, and van accessible space on wrong side of parking space. building ADA ramps and sidewalks not to code. Sewer clean out on east side needs to be flush with sidewalk (trip hazard). copper water water line needs protection on east side building. all sewer clean outs in driveway need traffic rated covers. |
