09/29/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass TC of O level 4 for pod #1 Damaged curbs have been repaired and asphalt areas in handicap parking spaces in front of entry to office have been corrected and handicap re-paint will be completed on Monday the 2nd of October.
10/03/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass Pod #2 center of Eastside parking lot sidewalk ramp needs to have the tactile area repaired prior to recall of inspection.

Pod #2 and Pod #3 Curbs in multiple areas need to be patched and repaired prior to recall of inspection.

Pod # 3 all trees, shrubs, and plants are maintained and completed.

Pod # 3 Asphalt at center location of Eastside parking lot has deep uneven indentations caused by machinery or a roll off that needs to be addressed prior to recall of inspection.

Pod # 3 roof drain scuppers will need to be cleaned of concrete and debris prior to recall of inspection.
10/03/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass Pod #2 has loose rip rap in areas that was disturbed by the electrician and will be addressed and recalled for inspection.

Pod # 2 the storm drain grates thru out the parking lot have broken concrete borders and will be repaired and recalled for inspection.

Pod # 2 the NE corner of parking lot has a small palo verde tree that need to have stake poles added and will be recalled for inspection..

Pod # 2 the roof drain scuppers have concrete and debris that need to be removed thru out site and will be completed before re inspection.

Pod # 2 SE corner of sidewalk ramp area needs to be replaced due to being lower than adjacent section of sidewalk and a large hump in center, will be recalled for inspection.
10/23/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass Contractor needs to repair some curb on the north east quadrant of building two and fixing riprap on building two. Good for level four.
10/26/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass TC of O level 1 all sidewalk repairs completed all grouted Rip Rip areas have been addressed all plants, trees, and shrubs are in place.

Fence to be moved to building #4 and recalled in for inspection.
10/30/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass All looks good for a TCO Level 4, will check with John in the am of Oct 31st to be sure on notes from Oct 27th. If all good L4 TCO is approved. Storm water is good to proceede.

Repaired asphalt at SW corner of parking lot where dumpster was removed and remove fence from North side of building #4.

Repair or replace continuous crack at NE corner of sidewalk at building # 4.

Remove construction debris and materials from parking lot areas.

Patch multiple curb and scupper locations thru out parking lot areas for building # 4
