In fact it looks steeper that 1/1 where it ends. The dumped riprap at the transition is being undermined by erosion because the slope is too steep for dumped riprap. The detail in the development package calls for grouted riprap at this area in cross section AA/27. Then use the table of for typical slope treatments for the rest of the slope. See attached picture |
