IN THE PAST WEEKS THEY HAVE BEEN DRESSING THE OUTER SLOPES OF THE PADS AND HAVE ELIMINATED SOME OF THE CUT AND BERM CONTROLS THAT THEY HAVE HAD IN THE BEGINNING. I HAVE ALSO REMINDED HIM THAT THE MONSOON SEASON HAS STARTED, THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE SITES ARE READY TO HANDLE ANY STOTMS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN THIS SEASON.
