| 10/07/2024 | ENGR Engineering Final | Not Ready | I have looked over the site and have found that it has not been completed per the approved plans, and that here are no plans that show the current layout. The Issues at hand currently is that the Parking Lot Layout for each of the sites shows the Parking Spaces going East and West, and the Constructed layout of the Parking Spaces is in a North to South layout. All other areas appears to have been constructed per the Approved Plans and don’t need any modification of the Approved Plans. I have met with the Contractor for the site and advised him that this site will be required to be completed per the approved plans or he will have provide us with a Approved set of Revised Drawings for this site four us to utilize for the Final Inspection. Steve has advised me that he has been working with Steve Shields and has been told that he does not need to have the Tentative Plat Plans Modified or Revised since it is not a required document. I have advised him that Engineering disagrees with those comments and will need to have the Revised Drawings submitted electronically and Reviewed before he will be allowed to obtain full Certificates of Occupancies for any of the 3 buildings that he is requesting to be released. He will contact Stephen Blood and Stephen Shields and try to have them determine what will be required to have a full and final closure of the open Permits so that he can obtain he Final Certificates of Occupancies. |
