MET WITH GLENN FROM G&J AND WALKED THE SITE TO SEE WHAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THEY HAVE SOME TREES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE SITE THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PLANTED, THEY ARE PLANNING TO ELIMINATE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE IN THE SIDEWALK AREA. I ADVISED HIM THAT THE PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE REVISED SO THAT THEY ARE ELIMINATED BYOUR REVIEWERS, THEY JUST CAN NOT REMOVE THEM. HE WILL RESCHEDULE AN INSPECTION FOR NEXT WEEK SO I CAN CHECK THE ADA PARKING SPACES ON THE SOUTH SIE OF THE BUILDING.

03/08/2021 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Approved Entered by VLEON1 - CONTINUED FOR 5210 E WILLIAMS CI, DISCUSSED THE PLACEMENT OF THE BOLLARDS AND THE USE OF PLANTERS IN THE AREAS ALONG THE NEW ENTRY WAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING. THEY ARE LOOKING AT CONSTRUCTING NEW CONCRETE CURBS IN THE PLANTERS TO MEET THE 6 INCH VERTICAL SEPARATION OF THE CODE. I WILL COME OUT TO THIS SITE AT A LATER DATE TO VERIFY WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO. I ALSO ASKED ABOUT THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES THAT ARE NOT COMPLIANT AT THIS TIME. THEY HAVE DISCUSSED THE REPAIRS BUT HAVE NOT STARTED ON ANY OF THE WORK. THIS SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, THEY WILL SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION WHEN THEY BEGIN THE WORK.
