WE WALKED THE SITE TO SEE WHAT ISSUES I COULD FIND. SOME OF THE NEW SIDEWALKS ARE NON COMPLUANT FOR CROSS SLOPE(EXCEEDS 2% MAXIMUM), ROOFS DRAIN EITHER DIRECTLY ONTO SIDEWALKS OR INTO PLANTERS THAT DRAIN DIRECTLY ONTO SIDEWALKS. I HAVE ASK G & J TO HAVE THEIR ENGINEER OF RECORD ADDRESS THIS WITH EITHER THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR OUR REVIEWERS. |
