Contractor used a wall/footer plan w/ larger footer than TSM. As currently layed out bollards will be in conflict with continuous rebars. Bollard footers should be dug and placed with correct clearances without conflicting with continuous rebars. call inspection inspection when footer ready |

Remove any loose dirt to maintain 3" clearance to rebar before pouring. Okay to pour footer. Build wall to plan. Call us back in for pre grout inspection when wall either is built to 4 courses high or to top but with bond beam at top and clean out holes in reinforced cells at footer. Also call us out for to look at bollard footers and rebar mat in slab. |
