Drainage looks good. there is one small island that may cause a little puddling, but a contractor will cut a curb cut into it if this is the case. Okay to pave this area |

| 10/21/2025 | ENGR Paving | Partial Pass | 10/21/25 Drive through North of building. Elevations to survey. Subgrade compacted to over 95%. Depth are 7 inches. Slope is .5 away from building and .5 to the west and there is a break further east where it runs just over 1% downgrade to the west. Slope correct. There is a traffic rated grease interceptor and clean out that are a couple inches proud and concrete will slope up and transition smoothly to them. Cylinders will be taken and submitted to the portal along with compaction reports. Okay to pour drive through pending pictures of loose areas whacked down and smoothed. |
