I HAVE REQUIRED THE ARCHITECTURE TO GIVE HIS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REBAR TYPE, SIZE,AND SPACING FOR THE FLOOR SLAB OF THIS TRASH PAD AND PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION ON A STAMPED SEALED DOCUMENT. A FINAL APPROVED REVISED PLAN SHEET/DETAIL WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE FINAL APPROVAL FOR THIS SITE.
