I HAVE REMINDED THE CONTRACTOR TO MAKE SURE AND ADD A NAME AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL FUTURE INSPECTIONS THAT WILL BE DONE BY PHONE ONLY. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE A DENIAL FOR THE INSPECTION CAUSING IT TO BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE.
