02/09/2021 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up DROBERTS Correction Required Entered by DROBERT5 - As I discussed on the phone this morning this site needs to have a designated Concrete Washout location developed ASAP. All Concrete trucks that visit this site must use the Washout Area for their washing out,, or the owner of the SWPPP can be held liable and fined for all Violations of his SWPPP. The Washout can either be a temporary container that can be emptied, or you can dig a small pit area and line that with plastic as specified in your SWPPP. I will recheck this site on Thursday to verify that this has been accomplished, if it is not done we have to look at a Site Shutdown for Non-compliance of your SWPPP.
