We'll wait and see what the resolution is before you submit TSMR. - Lynne Lynne BirkinbineDeputy Director, Planning and Development Services Department, City of Tucson 520-837-3708 Direct Line 520-837-6953 Director's Office 520-791-5550 Main PDSD Line EMAIL:lynne.birkinbine@tucsonaz.gov >>> Pat Tapia 12/19/2018 3:04 PM >>> Dear Mrs. Birkinbine, In reviewing the plan and the site, I see a couple of issues, one is the 25' clearance when building a new enclosure around utilities, second, it doesn't appear that the enclosure has been built to meet ES development standards for trash and recycling. I'd be more than happy meet someone at the location to discuss the issue and reach a resolution. Thank you, Pat L. TapiaDeputy Director 4004 S. 12/18/2018 | ENGR Engineering Final | BBENEDON | Denied | Entered by CBELL1 - I spoke with Grace and informed her that 25 feet above grade of the trash enclosure service area is required per Tom Ryan from Environmental Services and John Van Winkle fromP DSD and that we could not accept a letter from Waste Management. Telephone wire is 21 feet above grade and one foot outside of the trash enclosure but within the service apron. |
12/17/2018 | ENGR Engineering Final | bbenedo1 | Not ready for Inspection | Entered by BBENEDO1 - I spoke with Grace she said she has a letter accepting the over head wire, she will sent it e-mail. |
12/12/2018 | ENGR Engineering Final | BBENEDON | Denied | Entered by CBELL1 - My only safety concern is the overhead wire located one foot outside of the enclosure but within the enclosure service area and roughly 23 feet above the ground. The plans have a note requiring 25 feet above the enclosure service area. Bruce Stevens did the structural inspections for the enclosure. I spoke with Damien from Concorde and with Grace and I told them that a letter from Waste Management accepting the location of the overhead wire would probably satisfy our department. |
12/06/2018 | ENGR Engineering Final | BBENEDON | Denied | Entered by CBELL1 - This is the Mister Car Wash main office, Grace left a message but her number was not clear I could not make contact with her. 1 post your building address. 2 install the 10-foot concrete ramp shown in front of the trash enclosure. 3 provide minimum 25 foot of clearance within the service area above the trash enclosure from the overhead telephone wires as stated on the approved plan. 4 provide a letter from your engineer stating that the trash enclosure was constructed per City of Tucson development standard number 6 - 0 1 or provide inspection history for trash enclosure |
