Site is over 1 acre however the contractor is not disturbing the entire site. Maintained all dirt on site as required at our department will not require an SWPPP, do you call for stormwater follow up inspections 09154 biweekly. Plans indicate site lighting and perimeter block wall, you will need a building combination permit as engineer in does not inspect these items. Engineering will inspect the trash enclosure footings and block walls, note vertical rebar required at 32 inches on center. Engineering Will inspect landscaping, water harvesting depressions and accessibility routes and parking as well as bicycle parking. |
