Provide revisions for all changes made including accessible routes. Rainwater may not train over accessible walkways. Bicycle parking has not been installed. The trashing closure is less than 6 feet tall and was not inspected by engineering. Provide a letter from your engineer stating that the enclosure was constructed in accordance with COT standard detail 6.01. Correct the doors that do not open fully, drill pinholes in concrete. Provide a letter certifying final grade. Install the missing trees and complete all landscaping. Clean all construction materials and debris’s. Complete installation of signs
06/17/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by DMERANZ1 - Superintendent not on site, could not locate plans. Work is being completed on the north and west areas of the site and across the street in the parking areas. The ADA parking to the south exceeds 2% maximum cross slope also we have one section of accessible walkway coming from Street to the east that Exceeds 2% cross slope. Complete all work make corrections as needed, and re-call for inspections
