03/18/2019 SITE - Stormwater Setup and Controls BBENEDON Continued Entered by CBELL1 - Meeting with Jay Knoll from APAC 30 inch gravel filled controls have been placed at all wall openings, and waddle has been installed along the north property line. Jay disagrees that the waddle requires more than 6 inch overlap which is currently in place. Track out rock has been placed at the north entrance which is not usable. The south entrance which is currently being used for access has no track out protection at this time. Please provide adequate track-out protection as required. Jay stated that the developer has utilities that run through the south driveway and that’s the reason no check out protection has been installed at this time. Jay said he will be responsible for sweeping the street if track out is noted.
03/14/2019 SITE - Stormwater Setup and Controls BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - FOR 3461: I spoke with Jay about scheduling for this inspection when ready. Waddle has been installed at drainage wall openings, there is no track out protection at the main entrance way to the site at this time.
