03/10/2022 ENGR Grading Final DROBERTS Correction Required Entered by DROBERT5 - SITE INSPECTION PERFORMED ON THIS DATE AND THE FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES WERE NOTED: 1) THE STUCCO CONTRACTOR IS IN VIOLATION OF THE SWPPP, SITE PREPARATION FOR THE HOME IS NOT PREVENTING THE DEPOSIT OF STUCCO/CONCRETE ONTO THE SURROUNDING GROUND DURING THEIR PROCESS. PLASTIC OR TARPS SHOULD BE UTILIZED IF POSSIBLE OVER THE GROUND PRIOR TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE SCAFFOLDS, THIS WILL HELP PREVENT THE CONTAMINATION. GENERAL SITE MAINTENANCE BEFORE AND AFTER THE PLACEMENT OF THE STUCCO TO ENSURE THAT THE CONCRETE MATERIAL IS NOT REACHING THE RETENTION/DETENTION BASINS. 2) THE BASIN LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE IS BEING UTILIZED FOR THE WASHOUT OF CONCRETE FROM EITHER LOCAL EQUIPMENT OR FROM THE CONCRETE TRUCKS, THIS VIOLATION NEEDS TO STOP AT THIS TIME. 3) THE BASIN "C" IS BEING UTILIZED AT THIS TIME AS A WASHOUT AREA FOR THE CONCRETE TRUCKS AND OTHERS, PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN ON THIS DATE. THIS VIOLATION NEEDS TO STOP IMEDIATELY OR THIS ACTION WILL HAVE TO BE REPORTED TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. REMOVE ALL CONCRETE MATERIAL AND SOIL FROM THIS BASIN AND CALL FOR AN INSPECTION BEFORE THIS SITE IS COVER. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE RMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL MATERIAL SO THAT A FORMAL INSPECTION CAN BE PERFORMED OF THE AREA. 4) THE WASHOUT LOCATION AT THE NORTHEAST CONRNER OF THE SITE HAS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WRONG WITH IT AT THIS TIME. THE WASHOUT AREAS NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE SITE. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE LINING OF THE WASHOUT AREA TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE SOILS BELOW THE PIT. CLEAN UP ALL CONCRETE SPOILS, TRASH, AND DEBRIS THE HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PIT. 5) GENERAL SITE CLEANUP OF ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS, CONCRETE SPOILS. CONCRETE AND PAINT WASHOUT LOCATIONS SHOULD BE AT ANY LOCATION THAT IS NEEDED, THIS MATERIAL SHOULD NOT BE DEPOSITED DIRECTLY ONTO OPEN SOILS. THIS SITE WILL BE CHECK WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS TO VERIFY THAT THIS WORK IS HAPPENING, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE REPORTING OF THIS SITE.
