07/18/2019 ENGR Grading Final BBENEDON Denied Entered by VFLORES1 - Water harvesting plan on page 12, line item number eight, requires 6 inches depth in all water harvesting locations. I spoke with Mike with Chestnut about this three times prior to any landscaping being installed, however the water harvesting areas have only been depressed roughly 1 to 2 inches below bottom of curb openings, and roughly 3 inches below top of curb where there is no curb opening. Mike said that he installed the grading as directed by his engineer.
