06/04/2019	ENGR Engineering Final	DROBERTS	Continued	Entered by DMERANZ1 - HAVE SPOKEN WITH CANYON DEVELOPMENT AND HAVE ADVISED THEM OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS A WHEELCHAIR ACCESS RAMP WAS MISSED THAT MAY HAVE BEEN REQUIRED TO MAKE TH SITE COMPLIANT. I HAVE ASKED THAT THEY SHOW THIS AREA OF THE PLANS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD AND HAVE HIME CONTACT STEVE SHIELDS ABOUT WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION. 2) THE ROOF DRAINS APPEAR TO DISCHARGE DIRECTLY ONTO THE SIDEWALKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN IN THE SITE. IN TWO OF THE AREAS THERE ARE NO SIDEWALK SCUPPERS PROVIDED TO PLACE THE STORMWATER DISCHARGEE INTO, THESE WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED. 3) INSTALLATION OF THE TRASH ENCLOSURE DOORS HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED AT THIS TIME. CANYON INFORMED ME THAT THEY WILL BE COMPLETED LATER ON THIS WEEK OR NEXT. 4) THE CONTRACTOR IS WORRIED ABOUT THE PLANTING OF SPECIFIC TYPES OF NATIVE TREES THROUGHOUT THE SITE. I HAVE ADVISED THE EOR TO CONTACT ANDREW CONNOR ANS ASK IF THEY CAN EXCHANGE THE TREES FOR SOMETHING ELSE ON THE LIST, IF ALLOWED REVISED DRAWINGS WILL BE NEEDED PRIOR TO FINAL.
