| 08/01/2024 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | I stopped by the site at 8:30 this morning to meet with the contractor and nobody is available at this time. So I left the site and I will return later on this afternoon or this morning if possible. I return to the site at 10 o’clock this morning to meet with the contractor and determine what is left to be done. The contractor is forming for the remaining sidewalks and driveways and will have the forms completed by this afternoon. Will take photographs and send them to me. Once I have approved the formwork, they will try to pour this remaining concrete tomorrow so that all the flat work will be done. The remaining item that’s going to be left open will be the drainage basins to make sure that they get done according to the approved plans and that they’ve manicured the grass and plants within those basins so it’s not overgrown as it is. |
