10/28/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Denied Entered by DMERANZ1 - Letter provided from merchant design group through Epstein construction does not specify that the new pedestrian pathway is existing. The grading correction at the northwest corner has not been corrected to my satisfaction, I have asked Dave Roberts for direction in this matter and have sent him pictures of the job site and the job plans. It appears as though the new retention area specified in note number four has not been fully constructed, also The work specified in note 21 has not been completed.
10/25/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Partial Approval Entered by DMERANZ1 - Engineering is OK for a temporary certificate. This is a courtesy return inspection for Ed with Epstein. Accessible walkways have been corrected. Complete the drainage correction, complete ground covering installations and stake the large trees as specified. Provide letter of clarification for new accessible path through existing asphalt leading to existing building as shown. Existing asphalt is out of compliance for accessibility.

Complete the corrections for the accessible path and for the drainage issues, complete all landscaping and ground coverings. Remove construction debris and material stock piles from parking lot. Superintendents for the shell, the DP and the superintendent for the TI have been instructed to schedule final inspections as needed.

Correct the grading at the north west corner of the parking lot. The landscaped area shall be lower than the curb cut. Remove excess dirt and debris from landscape areas prior to installing Dg. Terminate SWPPP if applicable. Schedule shell and building final inspections with the DP permit when you are ready for a temporary certificate.
