Borderland is completing final grading and has installed curbs. The main entrance to the building is still under construction. The GC is looking for a TCO for installing computers only, in about two weeks. Martin Luther King Junior Way is currently closed.

THEY WILL BE WORKING ON GRADING FOR THE PARKING LOTS STARTING THIS NEXT WEEK AND WILL BE CALLING IN ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS AT THAT TIME. I HAVE REMINDED THE PRIME CONTRACTOR AND BORDERLAND THAT WHEN THEY START INSTALLING THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES THAT WE WILL NEED TO SEE THEM BEFORE ANYTHING IS COVERED BY BACKFILL.
