Entered by DMERANZ1 - CONTACTED BRIAN AND TALKED ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR DURING THIS SITE VISIT. AS THE CONTRACTOR THEY ARE LOOKING TO CLOSE OUT THE PROJECT AND THEIR PERMIT. I HAVE ADVISED THEM THAT ALL THE COMMON AREA WORK NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PER THE APPROVED AND A BOND NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE FOR THE SUBDIVISION FOR ALL THE REMAINING ASSURABLE ITEMS. HE ADVISED ME THAT A BOND HAS BEEN SUBMITTED BUT HAS NOT BEEN FULLY APPROVED, SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CLOSEOUT THIS PROJECT FULLY AT THIS TIME. I WILL CHECK WITH JOHN VAN WINKLE TO SEE AT WHAT STAGE IN THE APPROVAL PROCESS WE ARE AT WITH THEBOND. |
