Entered by DMERANZ1 - Mike with Habitat for Humanity requested a walk-through inspection to address any potential problems. All homes are still under construction. Parking lot and basin has been graded, and paved. Correct the bollards and handrail as required per plan.
I suggest consulting with the project engineer regarding the potential for flooding in the right of way/alley. |
