THESE AREAS WILL NEED A CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD PRIOR TO THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE SITE. THE SITE WORK IS MOSTLY COMPLETED IN THE ROUGH STAGE AT THIS TIME, AND THE DEVELOPER IS CURRENTLY STARTING THE WORK ON THE FIRST 6 HOME SOUTH OF YAVAPAI ROAD. ALL OF THE UTILITIES HAS BEEN IBSPECTED BY THE COT/PDSD BUT THIS WILL HAVE TO BE VERIFIED PEIOR TO THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SITE. I DID LOOK AT THE REBAR FOR THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE SUBDIVISION ROADWAY FOR THE UPPER SECTION OF THE POUR, THIS WILLL BE POURED NEXT WEEK.
