PROVIDE THIS DEPARTMENT WITH A REASON WHY THIS SETTLED AND WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THE SETTLEMENT FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. 3) THE NORTH ACCESS POINT IS NOT COMPLETED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS, EITHER CORRECT THIS WORK OR GET THIS ADDED ONTO THE REVISIONS FOR THE SITE 4) PROVIDE A SET OF APPROVED AS-BUILT DRAWINGS FOR ALL CHAGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE, ALONG WITH A CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS SITE. 5)GENERAL SITE CLEANUP AND THE REMOVAL OF THE EXCESS EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, PORTABLE BINS AND ALL OTHER CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT. |
