In addition there is mud caked on the bottom of the riprap to indicate this. I have seen no letter certifying grade or elevations. The dirt area of phase 2 does not appear to have been stabilized. There is some Dirt in the Southern most parking spaces

Work is ongoing, landscapers are hard at it, job trailer dumpsters, toilets are still on site. There is dirt and other debris that still needs to be cleaned up

A letter certifying the site grading may be required. Revisions for all changes made. Complete walkway striping. Provided stabilization at phase 2 area. Correct cross slope of DG walkwayIn locations identified. We have standing water into accessible parking spaces on the north side of the property. We have standing water at the grouted riprap areas. Water harvesting areas are not depressed as shown on plan. Note there is water that is not draining from these areas after 24 hours. Complete all landscaping, steak the trees etc. Note the slope of the parking spaces concrete and asphalt paths are OK
