03/11/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - Dave and Ron and I met with Zac and Willy Canyon builders as well as a representative from Eaglerock. The landscape areas on the plan with a note requiring a 6 inch depression have only about two or 3 inches depressed and do not appear to meet the width shown but not specified. Determination is made that the engineer of record will provide documentation to quantify the retention capacities of these areas.
03/08/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - I met with Zac on site. We used a 4 foot level and a string where we could to try to measure the depressed areas. It appears that they are only 3 inches below the curb openings. We also still need the revised plans and the letter from the engineer certifying grading.
02/06/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - I met with Zac on site and looked at the approved plans. I have not yet seen the revision for the work at the drainage canal, or a fix for the basin that was not draining, or a letter excepting the grade from the engineer. I showed and discussed with Zac the requirement for 6 inch recessed landscape areas, they currently have roughly 1 to 4 inches of recessed area but only in the center of the planter. I also noted there is a Rosian present in the bottom of the drainage canal which is unprotected. WLB is the engineer of record. Note there is track out from the site

04/02/2019 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - 1) Complete all rock riprap as shown on the approved plans usual utilizing Maraffi filter fabric underneath the hand placed rock riprap. 2) There is also a 5 to 10' band of disturbed soil along the North side of the project between the City of Tucson "No Trespassing" signs and the DG on the project site. This area of disturbed soil that will need to be hydro seeded or have additional DG placed on to it.

Inspector has no issues that would prevent a TCO. The Basin is not draining and will require an engineering fix. Complete trap Channel construction and stabilization for detail number 9. Correct areas with puddling at Monument sign and Northeast curb opening and correct erosion as needed. Depressed landscape area 6" below carb opening as shown on grading plan. Remove concrete forms of irrigation backflow assembly. Terminate clean house. Provide stabilization of easement and dirt lot. Install Ada parking signs for the concrete footing 9 by 18. Complete riprap per plan specifications. Remove waddle and clean up chalk out. Not number 68412 received
