03/22/2017 ENGR Grading Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by DROBERT5 - THE SITE WORK FOR THIS SITE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AT THIS TIME AND WILL NEED TO BE FINISHED BEFORE THE FINAL GRADING IS RESCHEDULED. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED WITH THE DEVELOPER TODAY NOTING THAT THESE WILL NEED TOI BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING ANOTHER INSPECTION: 1) PROVIDE A SET OF APPROVED REVISED DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE PLANS FOR THE NEXT SITE INSPECTION THAT SHOW ALL OF THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE. 2) THE ROCK RIP RAP DRAINAGE AREAS THAT HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED THROUGHOUT THIS SITE HAVE NOT BEEN DONE PER THE APPORVED PLANS. THE DETAILS FOR THESE AREAS SPECIFY THAT FILTER FABRIC IS TO BE UTILIZED UNDER THE ROCK RIP RAP TO PREVENT THE DISPLACEMENT OF UNDERLYING SOILS, THIS HAS NOT BENN DONE. 3) LOCATIONS OF THE ROOF DRAINS HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL PLANS, REVISE THESE ON THE APPROVED SET OF PLANS AND THEN CONSTRUCT THEM PER THE APPROVED PLANS. 4) ALL OF THE NPPO PLANTS HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED NPPO PLANS. THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY THAT ALL OF THE PLANTS HAVE BE INSTALLED AND ARE VIABLE. 5) THE NEW SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO THE STREET DOES NOT MEET THE MAXIMUM CROSS SLOPES OF 2%. THIS SIDEWALK WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW SIDEWALKS THAT STAY WITHIN THE REQUIRED TOLERANCES OF 2% OR LESS FOR ALL CROSS SLOPES. THERE IS AN EXISTING SECTION OF SIDEWALK NORTHEAST OF THE NEW SIDEWALK THAT IS OUT OF TOLERANCE AT THE JOIN, THIS WILL ALSO HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. THIS SECTION OF SIDEWALK IS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE NEW WATER METER FOR THIS SITE AND MAY HAVE BEEN DISTURBED DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW METER OR THE NEW WATERLINE DURING ITS INSTALLATION. 6) THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS ON THE NEXT INSPECTION DEPENDING WHAT WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND WHAT TYPE OF CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE APPROVED REVISIONS OF THE SITE PLANS.
