10/18/2018 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by DROBERT5 - MET WIH DAVID/TOFEL CONSTRUCTION ON THE SITE TO SEE WHERE THEY ARE WITH THE SITE WORK. THEY ARE CONTINUEING TO WORK ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SIDEWALKS AND RAMPS ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE SITE AND LANDSCAPING THROUGHOUT THE SITE. HE WILL RESCHEDULE THIS INSPECTION FOR NEXT WEEK SO THAT HE CAN SEE WHAT IS NEEDED PRIOR TO OBTAINING A TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILDING. DUE TO THE EXTENSIVE AMOUT OF WORK STILL NEEDED ON THIS SITE A PUNCHLIST OF ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED TILL THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
10/17/2018 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by DROBERT5 - SITE IS NOT READY AT THIS TIME FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION, I WILL TRY TO LOOK AT THE SITE ON 10/18/18 AND DETERMINE WHAT TYPE OF WORK IS STILL NEEDED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THE FINAL INSPECTION.
10/01/2018 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by DROBERT5 - CONTACTED DAVID WITH TOFEL AND DISCUSSED WHAT HE IS LOOKING FOR WITH TODAYS INSPECTION SINCE THIS SITE IS NOT READY FOR THE FINAL INSPECTIONS AT THIS TIME. HE WILL BE WANTING TO LOOK OVER THE SITE AND DETERMINE WHAT WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE THEY CAN CLOSE OUT THIS SITE FOR THE FINAL CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. I HAVE ADVISED HIM THAT I WILL BE BY THE SITE TOMORROW ON 10/2/18 PENDING CLEAR WEATHER SO THAT WE CAN LOOK OVER THE SITE AND DISCUSS THEIR CLOSE OUT PLANS. I WILL CONTACT HIM IN THE MORNING WHEN I LEAVE 201 N STONE AV.
